These terms govern your use of timelinetutoring.co.uk and the GCSE History Exam Mastery Programme. By enrolling you agree to these terms. Timeline Tutoring is operated by Sabrina Sangha as a sole trader.
The programme consists of 10 weekly live online lessons via Microsoft Teams. Sessions: Tuesday 5–6pm and Thursday 8–9pm. Students attend one session per week. The programme is for Year 11 GCSE History students studying AQA or Edexcel.
All payments are processed through Stripe.
The trial lesson is a single live session for £30. If the student subsequently enrols on the full programme, the £30 is deducted from the £199 full programme price. This adjustment is applied manually. The trial fee is not deducted from the £179 Early Bird price.
If after attending the first lesson you decide the programme is not suitable, you may request a refund of the remaining lessons. The first lesson is charged at £30. Requests must be made by email to info@timelinetutoring.co.uk within 24 hours of the first lesson.
Example: Early Bird (£179) — refund of £149. Full Programme (£199) — refund of £169.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if the programme has not commenced. After the first lesson, the guarantee in section 5 applies. After the first lesson, no further refunds are available. Attended trial lessons are non-refundable.
Lessons are delivered live via Microsoft Teams. Joining details are sent by email. The student is responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection. Live attendance is strongly encouraged.
All teaching materials are the intellectual property of Timeline Tutoring. Materials are for the enrolled student's personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.
Sessions are delivered in line with safeguarding expectations for online teaching. Sabrina Sangha holds an enhanced DBS check.
Timeline Tutoring provides exam technique training. We do not guarantee specific examination results. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the programme.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
